Openloft builds small, thoughtfully crafted applications designed to remove friction from everyday work. The Service includes the Openloft Dashboard, user profiling tools, wallet integrations, and other utility tools developed by Openloft.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, including hours of operation, feature details, or database access, without prior notice or liability.

3. Eligibility & Registration

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service (or older depending on local regulations). By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during sign-up.
  • Maintain and promptly update account info to keep it accurate.
  • Maintain the security of your password and credentials.
  • Accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.

4. User Accounts & Conduct

We manage account registration and authentication through Clerk and third-party login providers like Google. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:

  • Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of local laws.
  • Attempting to bypass security, disable safeguards, or hack other user accounts.
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting source code from our software.
  • Deploying automated scrapers, bots, or scripts that disrupt Service performance.
  • Impersonating another person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the Service, including all source code, designs, layouts, graphics, databases, UI components, logos, and brands, are the property of Openloft or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms.

6. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right, without notice and in our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your account or block your access to the Service for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.

You may terminate these Terms at any time by closing your account and ceasing all use of the Service. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, OPENLOFT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. OPENLOFT DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, RELIABLE, CURRENT, SECURE, OR FREE OF ERRORS, VIRUSES, OR BUGS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL OPENLOFT, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Openloft operates, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
